Lovely time around the fire that evening, including S'mores!

Are you up for a challenge? One that will take something from you every day, but give a whole lot back too? How about joining me for the photography challenge in 2012 then? A photo a day of whatever your day involved. You can jump in any time through the year!

If you’d still like to join us, you can start at any time, just sign up here and our host will email you further information.

Without further ado, here is the current list of all participants for Mamatography 2012 so far!

  1. Everything looks great, and can totally relate to the stealing a few z's on the floor while the kiddos play around you. I have done that a time or two too. :)

    1. Haha! This was totally one of those things where I felt like I was the only nut-job that thought it a good idea to sleep in the floor amongst children, but I swear sometimes its the only place you can rest.

  2. Hehe. Love the dog pile nap!! Yep, I totally relate, too. So, who took the photo? :)

And fire, I really miss fire. Nica hasn't really seen a real camp fire. We must remedy this. She (like all kids) is mesmerised by fire and I think it would be great for her to relate to this powerful element in this enchanting and safe way. Thanks for the inspiration.

    Loving Earth Mama

    1. Daddy took the pic, you can see his hairy leg on the couch.

The camp fire was SO nice! They're planning to do a fire ring with stones, but are still collecting the stones for that.

  3. What a cute cat!

That first one cracked me up. In the moment, trying to sleep while my children dogpile on top of me is sooo frustrating, so I guess it's just cathartic to know I'm not alone. :)
