She liked it okay. We haven't let her roam in it yet. The tough part was that after holding a little of it, we came inside. Her fingers were all red (so you know they were tender!). She was grabbing her xylophone and kind of fell on top of it with her fingers UNDER it. Poor baby. :-(
That's what sent us back inside when it snowed here. Mikko wouldn't wear gloves, and he loved loved loved the snow until … yowch! It suddenly occurred to him his hands were frozen. Snow if powerful cold stuff. ;)
Is that picture of the path from your perspective or your daughter's? That's a lotta snow :-)
A fun way to play with snow is to set up a sensory table. You can put some snow in a big tub and let her at it... inside where it's warm. We do that at the preschool where I work and the kiddos love it!
@Michelle - we've only walked outside to check the condition of things. We have NO plans of going anywhere until we must!
@Mama Mo - I think my husband actually took the shot from *lower* than her perspective! So it is a little deceiving, but we really did get over 2 feet of snow. I love that shot! It looks like WALLS of snow, doesn't it?? :-)
Oh! And I had to do a bowl of snow for my older daughter's first snow because she was sick. I have a photo of her sticking her toes in it! I've let Sasha play in a little snow while I'm making snow ice cream, too. :-)
So much snow! I'm sick of the snow, myself, but my son is pleased with it ... and the ice ... and the puddles ... which makes the snow somewhat more tolerable for me. Somewhat.
I am following your blog through the blog hop. Please follow me at http://thecryptocapersseries.blogspot.com

Wowzers! It's like Little House. :) I love the celebratory flopping. How does Sasha like the snow?

Yowza, that's a lot of snow! I love the video. I have one of my husband doing something similar several years ago. Stay warm!
