Day 6 - January 6
I made some favorite cookies...
I swear I hadn't intended to make them so Lactivist!
Day 7 - January 7
Yes, he really does sleep in that position all the time! He prefers it.
Day 8 - January 8
This child will hug anything!
I also used my camp washer for the 2nd time and both the babies "helped."
Then Spencer had his sedated ABR (hearing test), but I'll save that for another post...
Day 9 - January 9
I should have just bought this sifter when I found it instead of taking a picture!
Day 10 - January 10
This is how my teen prefers to do her schoolwork.
Day 11 - January 11
After doing laundry, Sasha took the opportunity to play
in the dog house / space ship that was the hamper.
Day 12 - January 12
I finally made a green smoothie to share with Sasha!
Again... for another post...

Love the cookies!! How did Sasha like the green smoothie? I have to add berries to my kids drink so they don't see green :/
ReplyDeleteMine had strawberries in it, but I just told her it was a Monster Smoothie - like Oscar the Grouch. She was still hesitant, but she liked it!
DeleteMonster smoothie! That's genius!
DeleteMy baby likes to sleep like that too. I prefer it because she constantly startles herself awake if she's on her back.
ReplyDeleteYou just reminded me I need a sifter. I do long-term food storage and the flour gets compacted and measures wrong, the powdered sugar clumps... a sifter would just make my life easier. I haven't tried green smoothies on my kids yet. I probably should.
Mmm, I love green smoothies! The other day I added about a cup of dark cherries to mine, and it tasted amazing.
ReplyDeleteI look forward to hearing how your child liked the green smoothie. My husband and I drink them daily, but my son enjoys them maybe 20% of the time. He likes the green ones I make with spinach best, though he definitely prefers the smoothies I make with fruit and yogurt (no greens)! Here's my Mamatography post for the week... http://anaturemom.com/2013/01/18/mamatography-2013-week-2/ .
ReplyDeleteLooks like a wonderful week... love the cookies and the smoothie! Also, I used to do my work laid down like that too when at uni ;)
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, Sasha is getting to be such a BIG girl! Look at that beautiful hair! Abbey also likes to play in our hamper like that! Fun, fun!
