I've already decided that I want to be cremated. I do not want to continue to take up precious space on this earth once I pass. However, Martín Azúa has taken it one further. Check out his Bios Urna Biodegradable!

You can have your ashes feed a tree! Read an article written about the Biodegradable Urn on BigThink.com. I just don't think you can get much more minimalist than this... at least not postmortem. Can you top this?

ReplyDeleteHow about just getting plopped into a wooden (sustainable or reclaimed, of course!) and stuck into the ground?! I remember reading about a woman in Taos (not sure if that's it) who does this for people. There were tons of complaints, etc. and the last I heard she was winning!
